Shipping
Our small team hand picks all orders and we do our best to have them packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the initial order date.
Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
All pricing is shown and processed in Canadian Dollars and does not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, a sales tax (where applicable) will be added to the order total.
Complimentary In-store Pick-up
If you live within British Columbia, you have the option to select "Curbside Pickup", which is free of charge. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be collected from our Historic Downtown Abbotsford shop. We will try our best to have your order ready within 24 hours after purchase.
Standard Item Shipping
For shipping small standard items like décor and accessories across Canada we use either Canada Post or Fedex depending on your location. Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time. Our current standard shipping rate for small items are noted below:

By-Mail
Return your item(s) by mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Carefully pack up the item(s) and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we've received the item back and inspected the pieces to ensure the condition has not been compromised, we'll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.
In-Store
Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued. Please note that vintage, sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.
Damaged Items Procedure
Oh no! We do our best to package your order up to ensure a safe delivery, but sometimes accidents happen. Please send us an image of the defective item to [email protected] to start a claim process for the item(s). Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case. Please note, all damages must be emailed within 7 days of the parcels delivered date to be covered.
